About the felting needle
The felting needle has many small slits on the needlepoint.
With many shapes and depths of slits, and many sizes of the needle itself, FLEECDOG.com has a variety of selections to offer the most appropriate felting needles for making your Fleece Dog®.
Felt is attached by inserting the needlepoint into the wool and then pulling out.
Currently, two types of felting needles are introduced.
Felting needle: The felting needle can be used for the entire Fleece Dog® making process.
Finishing felting needle: You can use this needle to implant hair or for the finishing stage to create a clean, finished look.
The needle holder is convenient for use of both needles.
Sometimes, we hear comments such as the “needles break off easily.” If you have this problem, please read the following instructions.

As shown in the picture, the fine needlepoint can be easily broken after grasping some hair with the needle then pulling out the needle diagonally. Felting needles are very fragile and break easily under sideways pressure, so please use with care. The needle rarely breaks if used correctly. |
